Our guidebook is regularly updated with information to help you get the most out of your stay. The app automatically updates every 24 hours. If you want to get the updates sooner, simply refresh the screen. To refresh the guide, swipe the guide closed, and tap the app icon again to fully reload.
Share your guide with your group
You can send the link to this guidebook to everyone who’s travelling with you. That way, everyone has access to all the information they’ll need (which means less hassle for the trip organiser!).

You will receive a personal welcome and check-in by your host on arrival. We will ensure you have the essential information regarding the property that you need in order to settle in. Once in the accommodation you will find a welcome pack with instructions and helpful information to ensure that you have all you need during your stay.
Driving Directions
The easiest way to get directions is by using the map, which you can access by tapping here. You'll also find the MAP option in the menu at the bottom of your screen.
Once on the map you'll see a blue house icon bouncing into position. This is where you are staying. Simply click it and then click "get directions". It will open Google Maps and the end point (where you're staying!) will be filled in. You simply need to type in your starting point.

Welcome pack: A very special welcome to your four-legged friend/s. We provide a cosy dog bed/s, treats, ball and blanket to make sure your pets are as comfy as their owners.
Dog Station: We have a dog station with fresh daily towels, dog toiletries, a hot shower and a solarium for your pooch after your beach walk or country walk to smell lovely and fluffy.
Woodland walk: Designed for your pooches so they can have a leg stretch and check out the dog library too.
Please note there is a £40 charge per dog per stay.
