Pre-Arrival
Check-in is from 3.00pm. Please advise us of your ETA
You will receive a personal welcome and check-in by your host on arrival. We will ensure you have the essential information regarding the property that you need in order to settle in. Once in the accommodation you will find a welcome pack with instructions and helpful information to ensure that you have all you need during your stay.
If you are bringing your beloved dog, just make sure to let us know so that we can have their welcome pack ready for their arrival.

Check out is at 10.00am.
At the end of your stay, if you wish to make a future booking come and see us at the office/reception desk to secure a preferential rate, or to pay for any of the additional extras you enjoyed during your stay.
If you wish to take home a reminder of your time with us you can also purchase any of the Old Hall range of preserves, juices, toiletries, confectionery for your home use, or as a gift for a loved one.

In your accommodation you will find as a courtesy the following items:
Coffee, tea, sugar, milk for your first drink and lots of extra touches
Beach Bag - containing all the essentials you need for a day at the beach.
Picnic basket - (we provide the basket and we can also provide the contents if you wish at cost).
Old Hall toiletries are gorgeous, they smell delicious and will add a touch of added luxury to your Jacuzzi bath. They are provided for you to use during your stay. If you want any to take home please ask us for help

Bikes - free of charge for a country lane ride.
Eco Friendly - at Old Hall we try to preserve the beautiful countryside and nature that surrounds us. We have solar panels that provide much of our energy, we compost, free-range hens provide fresh eggs to our guests. Fruits from our orchard are used in our range of preserves. We have an electric charger for cars, all packaging for our own products is made from bio-degradable material and toiletries are cruelty free. Washing up liquid is vegan-friendly.
