If the booking is cancelled before 23:59, 14 days before check-in, you will be free of charge. If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in the charge is 100% of the total cost of your stay.
Cleaning, hand hygiene, masks, gloves and sanitisation
Old Hall are committed adhering to the Government’s enhanced cleaning protocols, developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. We ensure the following:
we wear protective equipment and masks during cleaning
accommodation is thoroughly cleaned following an extensive checklist
we provide additional cleaning materials, so you can clean during your stay
all high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches are sanitised
all bedlinen and towels are laundered at high temperatures between every booking
we thoroughly air each accommodation between bookings to ensure clean, fresh air on your arrival
we provide hand sanitiser in shared spaces such as the parking area, the bicycle rack and front porch where the outdoor games are stored
Our guests safety, and enjoyment, are our top priority. We sanitise your accommodation and not your stay!
